Garbmann Schoolwear is a sub-brand of Garbmann, our workwear company. We noticed an increase in interest in our school uniform services and we understood how different the uniform industry works compared to the workwear and branded clothing industry. So, we decided to separate the two and treat them with the level of respect they deserve. This was a real ‘aha’ moment.
Working with newer machinery and investing in a bespoke platform allows us to work more efficiently and to the customer’s needs, without giving us any limitations on how we operate one year to the next. We are constantly taking feedback and looking for our next opportunity to improve!

Our goal is always to make life as simple as possible for our customers, why we invested heavily into creating our own bespoke platform with our audience needs at the forefront of our minds. Whilst continuing to establish our workwear company over the last few years, we received an increase in demand for our services for schools.
Why? Most problems we see schools facing, are due to being tied in with brick-and-mortar store overcharging for basic uniform, or either 3rd party print on demand online stores with lead times so long you would have to buy a size up for children who would grow waiting for delivery, that’s where we can make a difference.
We can make this change, sticking to our values, keeping uniform affordable, available, and taking constant feedback to innovate the way uniform SHOULD be supplied.

Maintaining a positive relationship with the school as well as the parents is a huge key for us. You will always have a dedicated member of staff ready to contact via phone or email for any concerns and queries, upcoming trips and projects, or even needing help finding a supplier of new inks and papers, we’re always ready to chat!
We understand as a school it can be hard to find the right suppliers for the job, we work with many trusted suppliers’ over various industries from print and photography, to construction and events whom we would have full confidence in recommending should you require.
